Rates and Conditions

Cabin Tariff:

	$190 per night twin share (2 people)
	$30 per additional person (Maximum of 5)
	2 guests who stay in separate bedrooms incur an additional $30 surcharge (one time, not per night)
* Special *	10% discount for all stays of 7 nights or more

Conditions:

Standard	Minimum stay 2 nights
	Children under 2 years are free of charge if using own bedding
Peak	During School Holidays and Long Weekends, special conditions including longer minimum stays may apply

Cancellation Policy:

When you book with us, we hold the lodge for you exclusively. Therefore, although we understand that unexpected events can arise, unfortunately if you cancel you may still incur a charge. While we endeavour to be as flexible as possible, our standard policy is as follows:

In the event that you cancel your booking, we are happy on most occasions to hold your deposit and stay at a later date. If you wish a refund of your deposit, then a small administration charge of $30 will be deducted to cover our costs.  However, if less than 21 days notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the lodge for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of equal value.

Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.

We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.
