Rates & Other charges
Our Availability Calendar is always up-to-date and on-line bookings are handled by our secure server.
- Our base rate includes 2 people and is as displayed on the booking calendar.
- Additional people are $30 per person per night (maximum of 5).
- Infants under 12 months are free of charge if using your own bedding.
- If 2 people stay and require separate bedrooms, a one time linen surcharge of $30 applies.
Long Stay: We offer a 10% discount for any stay of 7 nights or longer. When you book, 10% will be deducted automatically from our standard base rate.
Last Minute: We offer a 10% discount for bookings commencing within the next 7 days. When you book, we will manually deduct 10% from our standard base rate before processing your payment (does not apply to single night bookings).
Deposits & Full Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure a booking (specials or last minute bookings may require full payment at time of booking). This can be paid online by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
If you prefer to pay your deposit by bank transfer, cheque, cash or money order, please telephone us or contact us via e-mail to make your booking.
Full payment is required prior to arrival and is payable by Credit/Debit Card over the phone, or by Direct Deposit to: Tewksbury Lodge. BSB: 083 555 Account: 166389546. Please include your surname in the transaction description.
Tewksbury Lodge has a 2 night minimum stay as standard. During School Holidays and Long Weekends, longer minimum stays may apply. Please confirm minimum stay requirements for specific dates on our calendar, or feel free to contact us directly to enquire.
Single night bookings are only available where a 1 day gap exists between 2 bookings. They attract a 15% surcharge.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement.
Tewksbury Lodge is smoke free inside. Guests can smoke on the undercover veranda where an ashtray is provided.
Our property borders the river and is un-fenced. With such a natural setting, we experience considerable wildlife on the property. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate pets.
When you book with us, we hold the lodge for you exclusively. Therefore, although we understand that unexpected events can arise, unfortunately if you cancel you may still incur a charge. While we endeavour to be as flexible as possible, our standard policy is as follows:
In the event that you cancel your booking, we are happy on most occasions to hold your deposit and stay at a later date. If you wish a refund of your deposit, then an administration charge of $50 will be deducted to cover our costs. However, if less than 30 days’ notice is given, the deposit (50% of the total tariff) is non-refundable unless we can re-let the lodge for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of equal value.
Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.
We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred, should unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.
